As a Breathwork Facilitator, I provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore the power of their breath and unlock their full potential. My sessions are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual, and I offer a variety of techniques and practices to support their journey.
In my individual sessions, I work one-on-one with clients to address their specific concerns and goals. Through personalised guidance and support, I help individuals connect with their breath and experience the transformative power of this practice. Whether you’re seeking to manage stress, reduce anxiety, overcome past trauma, or simply enhance your overall sense of well-being, I can help you on your journey.
I also offer group classes and workshops for those who prefer to practice in a supportive community setting. These sessions provide an opportunity to connect with others and learn from their experiences. In a group setting, individuals can also benefit from the collective energy and intention of the group, which can amplify the effects of the practice.
During my sessions, I use a variety of techniques and practices to support individuals in their breathwork journey including intuitive energy and bodywork.
